| Hello
since few days I am not able to create report in Ease Focus 3.
If I select create report the software stops working and nothing happens.

| Hi Donato,
Please start EASE Focus 3 with default setting (type Focus in the Windows Search Bar and select the App EASE Focus 3 (start with default settings).
Please then try to create a Report.
Do you still encounter any issues? |

I actually deleted all the hidden files about focus in windows and then reinstalled the software.
