| Hi, i have a problem with a face.
I have create my room, and all work. now i need simulated a "moved barries" in wood.
So add a "face" without a thickness, and declare it as a "two fold".
if i check speaker aming, i can see that "line" interrupt when find "orange" face of my barrier... so ... i thought that is sufficent for Ease for understand that is a "wall". but if i go to analyze my room, on area behind my barrier, sound "arrives" as no wall/barrier is present...
so what i wrong? i have just checked "shadow cast" option.
i need create face with thickness? but in this case i need modify all my project. And i cant use "coat of" option, beacase barriers trought more face.
can you help me, plz? |

| i have a "mobile" wall, that divide my room in two o three indipendent hall.
so i'd like calculate how many "sound" of first hall "arrived" in my second hall, when i "close" it with mobile wall.
This "barrier/wall" is in wood, "have two fold", declare as wood grid.
(i have try o change material with ABSORBED, ma mapping doesn't change) |
