I tried to do other TDS file and it is okay. Is there anything wrong with this file? or any limitations from the TDS measurement that can be processed in EASERA (for export spectrum)? Thank you. I have been doing export spectrum several times using EASERA and TDS file and they usually work great. It's only my measurement today that causes EASERA to crash. I wonder what parameters caused this. If you have a way to work around this issue and is able to export the spectrum. Please advise. Thank you. For some reason I am not able to download it from the link you provided.
