I have tried importing dxf files a couple times but it has caused more labor on the project than just starting in EASE 4.1. The problem I've found is the setup of the meshing feature that exports a large number of faces. I will send the results of my test as soon as possible. I'm very interested in this topic. I can teach someone with no prior CAD experience to model in EASE in one 8 hour class. This is completely impossible in AutoCAD. If you are spending more than about 30 minutes to construct an average EASE model in EASE you'd do well to take one of the classes.
